Our story began in the early 1940s under the company name Wright's Well Drilling. Started by James' grandparents in Central Ohio, they began operations with a cable rig and a drive too soon molded into the successful business seen today. 

The 2nd generation owner, Jim Wright, ventured off to transition the brand from Wright's Well Drilling into JE Wright Well Drilling. Currently, he still serves the community as the drilling operator. In addition to creating JE Wright, Jim is a husband, father, and grandfather. He has shared his extensive knowledge of all things water and mechanical with his own son and present owner, James (Damon) Wright. 

Jim built upon the company's strong foundation provided by his father in order to mold it into one which can be passed down for generations. To achieve this, he had to expand both his outreach and services, all while increasing the quality of service. Currently, Damon is actively doing the same. Similar to his father and grandfather, Damon is a husband and father who is currently preparing the upcoming 4th generation to take on the legacy and eventually manage operations of JE Wright Well Drilling.
